The San Mateo Police Department recently made arrests in connection with allegations of prostitution at a local massage business, according to their official social media post. The company, QQ Pain Management Health Center, located on 37th Avenue in San Mateo, was first investigated on October 30, when initial evidence of illegal activity was documented.
Despite ongoing surveillance confirming the illicit acts, it was not until Wednesday that authorities were able to execute a search warrant on the premises. The sting operation culminated in the arrest of two individuals, Yukman Cheung and Yongfang Zuo. The charges made against Cheung included pimping for a prostitute, agreeing to receive money for prostitution, and directly engaging in prostitution acts themselves. Conversely, Zuo faced charges solely linked to engaging in prostitution.
According to the San Mateo Police Department's social media update, Cheung, a resident of San Rafael, is 42 years old, while Zuo, 43, resides in San Mateo. Both have been implicated in the alleged sexual solicitation activities at the QQ Pain Management Health Center.
