Scottsdale residents have got a new reason to smile, thanks to the city's latest innovation in providing support services. As per the City of Scottsdale recent statement, Scottsdale has launched a Constituent Services Team that combines ScottsdaleEZ, the City Call Center, and constituent liaisons into a one-stop shop aimed at delivering quick and personalized help to all city residents.

Since its inception in May, this collaborative effort has already seen impressive results, handling over 350 cases, 90% of which were resolved within the span of two weeks, they're averaging 60 new cases each month, crossing department lines to solve issues that range from simple traffic queries to more convoluted concerns that require a fair bit of legwork behind the scenes, as reported by the City of Scottsdale.

This new model is a game-changer because it makes government support easier to access, helps residents avoid delays by working directly with departments, offers expert help for tricky issues, keeps people updated, and provides weekly reports to city leaders about important trends and concerns, as detailed by the City of Scottsdale.

City Manager Greg Caton shared with the community, "Our goal is to make every interaction with the city as easy and helpful as possible," emphasizing the team's role in fostering trust and a more effective public service structure while Scottsdale looks to set a new standard in civic assistance, as stated by the City of Scottsdale. The Constituent Services Team is going beyond typical government services. Instead of just handling calls or online requests, staff meet people in person at City of Scottsdale locations, work with community groups, and run a Mediation Program to help neighbors resolve conflicts peacefully.
