
The Shelby County Sheriff's Office has put out a call for assistance from the public in the hunt for two suspects linked to a recent robbery. The crime took place last Tuesday, at a Dollar General store located in the 8000 block of Austin Peay Hwy. As part of their outreach, they have released images of the individuals involved, in the hopes that local residents may recognize them and come forward with information.
According to the social media post from the law enforcement agency, the robbery occurred at around 9:46 p.m. Anyone with knowledge of the suspects' identities or other pertinent information has been urged to reach out to the detectives working on the case at 901-379-7625. Alternatively, tipsters who wish to remain anonymous can contact CrimeStoppers at their dedicated number, (901) 528 CASH (2274).
The Shelby County Sheriff's Office has emphasized the importance of public involvement, noting in their Facebook post, "Your assistance could be crucial in helping us bring those responsible to justice and keep our community safe."
