Standing at 5’1” and weighing 122 lbs, she has gray shoulder-length hair and brown eyes.
Francisca, who is currently suffering from Alzheimer’s and dementia, was last seen wearing a black puffy coat, a light pink sweater, light blue jeans, and black slippers. The urgency of the situation cannot be understated, as her medical condition could leave her particularly vulnerable. The police are urging the public to keep a lookout and to report any sightings directly to 9-1-1.
Alzheimer's disease and dementia often result in impaired memory and disorientation, increasing risks for those like Torres when they go missing. The Silver Alert system, established to notify the public about missing elderly individuals, especially those with cognitive impairments, aims to foster community assistance in the quick and safe resolution of such cases.
