
The National Weather Service in St. Louis forecasts a changeable weather pattern for the coming days. As of the latest report at 5:51 a.m. CST, the area is mostly cloudy with temperatures around 46°F, calm winds, 77% humidity, and 10-mile visibility.
Residents have a 20% chance of rain this afternoon, with highs around 67°F. Winds will pick up slightly, coming from the south at about 6 mph. Tonight, rain is possible before 4 a.m., turning into a mix of light rain and snow showers between 4 a.m. and 5 a.m., then just snow showers after 5 a.m. Winds could gust up to 26 mph, according to the NWS.
The weekend will end with continued chances of light rain and snow showers before 5 p.m. on Sunday, followed by mostly cloudy skies that will slowly clear. Highs will stay near 41°F, with northwest winds at 15 to 18 mph and gusts up to 30 mph.
Looking ahead to Monday, sunny skies are expected, but the high will only reach around 40°F. Monday night will remain cold, with temperatures dropping to about 28°F. Veterans Day will see partly sunny skies and a warmer high near 57°F, before Tuesday night cools again to around 44°F.
The weather will slowly warm through the week, with Wednesday expected to be sunny and a high near 65°F, while Wednesday night will drop to around 39°F. This pattern of sunny days and partly cloudy nights is forecast to continue, ending with a mostly sunny Friday and a high near 68°F.
