Making an arrest almost one month after the incident, 31-year-old Franklin France was apprehended in Columbus, Ohio, on a murder warrant. The Cincinnati Police Department's Homicide Unit, Fugitive Apprehension Squad, and the Columbus Police Department all coordinated this joint effort, which led to France's capture, according to WLWT.
