According to Portland Police Bureau, the shooting occurred inside a residence on Southeast 125th Avenue near Southeast Division Street on Sunday, morning.

Emergency services transported the victims to area hospitals, where despite efforts to save them, Roscoe succumbed to his injuries. The other gunshot victims, a 17-year-old and a 42-year-old male, along with an injured 19-year-old male, are expected to survive.
