The Boca Raton Police Department is actively seeking assistance from the public in locating an 18-year-old young man with autism, Dean Corrigan, who has been reported missing and is considered endangered. Corrigan was last reported to be seen around 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday near NW 13th Avenue, according to information from the CBS12 News report.
Authorities describe Corrigan as last spotted riding a red BMX bike and was dressed in a black shirt paired with black pants. The Boca Raton Police has made an appeal to anybody with knowledge about Dean’s current location to come forward, following his disappearance earlier in the week. The situation is urgent and their goal is to quickly to reunite Corrigan with his family.
The concern for Corrigan's well-being is heightened due to his autism, which could potentially make him more vulnerable. The Boca Raton Police have disseminated his description widely and urge that any information regarding Dean be reported directly to the department.
In a statement shared on social media, the Boca Raton Police stressed the importance of community assistance: “If you know the whereabouts of Dean or have information that can assist us with locating him, please contact Boca Raton Police at (561) 368-6201.” This message was reiterated in a post on the department's official X account.
