The spirit of the holiday season was in full swing as Boston's mayor, Michelle Wu, together with the Boston Police Department, brought the Enchanted Trolley Tour to the city's neighborhoods for its 29th year. With the festivities making their way across Boston, Mayor Wu and the police were seen mingling and sharing festive cheer with the community.
According to the Boston Police Department's news page, Commissioner Cox, various Command Staff members, and BPD officers and civilians participated in each tour stop, fostering connections and ensuring the safety of attendees.
The event wasn’t just about safety. Families, friends, and neighbors came to take photos with Santa, enjoy the season, and interact with local law enforcement. Officers at each location ensured safety while mingling with the crowd, creating a sense of community and bringing smiles to people of all ages.
