
The Boston Police Department has issued a missing person alert for Kaleah Bailey-Cannady, a 16-year-old girl from Mattapan who was last seen nearly three weeks ago. According to the department's notice, Kaleah disappeared on Saturday, November 22, 2025, around 5:00 PM, near Rugby Road in Mattapan.
Kaleah is described as being around 5’1″ tall and weighing approximately 110 lbs. At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing a black jacket and pink pants. The teenager is known to frequent the area of Spencer Street in Dorchester. The Boston Police Department is asking anyone with information on her whereabouts to come forward, stating, "Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts is advised to contact 911 or District E-18 (Hyde Park) Detectives at 617-343-5607."
In an effort to cast a wider net for clues, officials have provided avenues for the community members to anonymously submit tips. People can relay information by phone via the CrimeStoppers Tip Line at 1-800-494-TIPS, text “TIP” to CRIME (27463), or through the Boston Police CrimeStoppers website. The authorities have assured that the identities of those providing anonymous tips will be protected.
Local residents are both concerned for Kaleah's safety and eager to assist in the search. Photos and videos that may be pertinent to the investigation can also be submitted to the CrimeStoppers link, anonymously. The Boston Police Department has reiterated the seriousness with which they treat information provided by the public, "The Boston Police Department strictly protects the identities of those who assist in investigations anonymously."
