
The Boston Police Department is asking the public for help identifying a suspect in an armed robbery in Dorchester earlier this month. Detectives from District B-2 (Roxbury) released an image of the individual involved in the crime, which occurred around 10:43 PM on November 4 near 100 Washington Street, according to the BPD.
Authorities report that the suspect brandished a knife and may have connections to New York. The BPD is reviewing the case and urges anyone with information to contact District B-2 Detectives at (617) 343-4275.
The department offers multiple ways to share tips confidentially. Information can be submitted anonymously via the CrimeStoppers Tip Line at 1-800-494-TIPS, by texting "TIP" to CRIME (27463), or through the Boston Police CrimeStoppers website.
The department emphasized that tips, including photos or videos related to the incident, can be submitted anonymously. Officials encourage community members to come forward to assist in identifying the suspect.
