The Broward Sheriff’s Office is currently seeking assistance from the public to locate 16-year-old Odessa Boone, who was reported missing in Dania Beach, as detailed in a recent publication on WSVN. Boone was last observed in the vicinity of the 250 block of Southwest Seventh Avenue.
Described as 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighing around 155 pounds, the young girl has brown hair and brown eyes, and at the time of her disappearance she was clad in a black shirt paired with green shorts, her physical features and choice of clothing at her last sighting have been stressed by law enforcement in the hope that any additional tips from the public might be spurred. The Broward Sheriff's Office Missing Persons Unit has expressed its urgent need for any leads that could assist in the recovery of Boone.
Further emphasizing the need for public engagement, the Broward Sheriff’s Office X post succinctly outlines Boone's description and the contact number for Detective Chris Blankenship, who is handling the investigation. The authorities have established channels through which information can be conveyed, both through Detective Blankenship at 954-321-4268, and the BSO non-emergency number, which is 954-764-HELP (4357), they urge anyone with information regarding her whereabouts to come forward.
