Looking for a creative way to relax and stay active? Cleary Lake Regional Park is hosting a beginner-friendly partner yoga class on Thursday, Dec. 11, from 6:30 to 7:45 p.m. The session will take place beside a crackling fireplace and will feature gentle stretches, simple poses, and shared breathing exercises, according to Scott County. Organizers say the class is designed for partners of all kinds, including spouses, friends, and family members.
Certified yoga instructor Kelly Larson will lead the session, ensuring that participants of any skill level can comfortably join in. "Expect lots of laughter and lightheartedness," as stated on the Scott County website.
Participants are asked to reserve a spot at least 24 hours in advance, with a fee of $25 per pair. For those interested, details and reservation instructions can be found on the Scott County Government website.
