The Copper Sky Multigenerational Center will refresh its fitness floor and Studio B from December 22 through January 2. During this time, the second-floor workout floor, fitness track, and studio rooms will be closed.
According to the City of Maricopa, the center is offering alternative workouts during the fitness floor renovation. Members can use the aquatic center, volleyball and pickleball courts, join ad hoc lap swim times, and participate in bodyweight metabolic conditioning workouts posted in the gymnasium.
Group fitness classes will be paused from December 22 to January 2 for the instructors’ annual holiday break. No instructor-led programs will run during this period.
In January, members can return to the updated Copper Sky fitness space. The center aims to provide an improved workout experience and stronger community connections, according to its statement.
