Residents of Eden Prairie have a weekend of community-focused events to look forward to, starting with the Outdoor Center Holiday Market on Saturday, Dec. 6. According to the City of Eden Prairie, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., locals can shop a selection of handcrafted goods at the Outdoor Center, where they can find unique gifts and experience the scenic beauty of the venue.
Continuing the holiday spirit, the Eden Prairie Community Band is set to perform a free concert on Sunday, December 7, from 2–3:30 p.m. at the Central Middle School Performing Arts Center. Attendees are encouraged to bring donations of warm clothing and non-perishable food for The PROP Shop and PROP Food Shelf, as part of a "Share the Warmth" initiative.
Looking ahead to the following week, the Art Center in Eden Prairie will host an Adult Open House and Mini Holiday Market on Friday, Dec. 12, between 5–8 p.m. This event is tailored specifically for the adult community, offering free art projects and live demonstrations, with a selection of handmade goods available for purchase. The evening promises a connection with fellow art enthusiasts and a chance to explore the Art Center’s array of classes for adults.
