
The El Cajon Police are seeking assistance from the public following a theft at a local Target store that resulted in injury to an elderly woman. According to a social media post by the El Cajon Police Department, the suspect attempted to steal items from the Target located at 250 Broadway in El Cajon, CA, on November 16.
The male suspect is said to have bypassed all checkout points, and in efforts to narrowly avoid capture by loss prevention staff, he lost his balance. The resulting fall caused him to collide with a 76-year-old female shopper, inflicting significant injury upon her. The authorities are now requesting that anyone with information regarding the identity of the individual come forward.
