The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office has issued a call for public assistance in the search for Joshua Cancino, 36, who has been reported missing since yesterday morning. Cancino was last seen around 10 a.m. in a desert area south of Brett Harte Drive, as indicated by the information shared in a social media post from El Paso County Sheriff Oscar Ugarte.
Described as a Hispanic male with short brown hair, brown eyes, standing 6'1" tall and weighing roughly 160 pounds, Cancino was wearing, when he last appeared before vanishing into the desert expanse, a blue long-sleeve shirt paired with blue jeans. The Sheriff's Office, in urging the community for help, appears committed to enlisting residents' eyes and ears in the urgent quest to locate the missing man.
For anyone who may have seen Cancino or has knowledge about his current whereabouts, the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office asks them to come forward with information. They say it could be critical in piecing together the events leading up to his disappearance.
