Throughout his years fostering transportation infrastructure that prioritizes safety and access, Guderian's work has centered on enabling Mesa residents to get where they need to go without a hitch. Starting with the City of Mesa in 2015 and eventually climbing the ranks to Assistant Transportation Director, his path through various roles has imbued him with a comprehensive understanding of the city's transit needs.
