Arizona Department of Public Safety officials confirmed that the accident happened at approximately 5:35 a.m. near milepost 134, just two miles east of Lake Pleasant Parkway in Phoenix, according to a statement released by a DPS spokesperson and obtained by FOX 10 Phoenix.
The vehicle in question was a commercial truck-tractor pulling a semitrailer that rolled over on the westbound SR-303, the spokesperson detailed.
