Tragedy struck at a workplace in Phoenix where a man suffered fatal injuries. FOX 10 Phoenix reports that Phoenix Police are conducting a non-criminal investigation into the death of a man following an incident on Monday morning. The accident occurred at a business located near 35th Avenue and Durango Street.
Police responded to the scene at approximately 10:15 a.m., finding a man with life-threatening injuries. He was transported to the hospital by the Phoenix Fire Department, but did not survive. Authorities have not released his identity or details of the incident.
While details remain limited, 12News reports that the incident “reportedly involved a forklift,” which may have contributed to the man’s fatal injuries. Authorities have not yet confirmed this.
