Fountain Hills is calling on its residents to play an active role in shaping their community. The town has partnered with FlashVote to create a new survey panel designed to gauge public opinion on local issues. With just a minute to spare every couple of months, residents of Fountain Hills can now have their voices heard and contribute to the decision-making process on matters that affect their daily lives.

Signing up for FlashVote is a breeze, and it's completely free. Participants will receive short surveys just a few times a year and will have 48 hours to respond once notified of a new survey. The results, revealing the collective pulse of the community, will be shared with survey-takers within two days after the survey closes. FlashVote's commitment to privacy means that personal and demographic information is kept confidential and not shared with the town or any other third party.

According to the official Town of Fountain Hills announcement, joining is quick and can be tailored to individual preferences on how to receive surveys, be it via email, text, or phone call. This initiative reflects an inclusive approach to community engagement, where every resident has an opportunity to weigh in and influence local governance in tangible ways.

"We’re very excited to use the input collected in these surveys to inform decision making at the Town in ways that serve our residents better,” Community Relations Director Mike Pelton said. As Fountain Hills embarks on this endeavor to fortify the channels of communication between the government and its constituents, it is clear that collective input is not just welcomed but also sought after in a genuine effort to enrich community welfare.
