Georgia politicians are gearing up to get a pulse on regional concerns as Sen. Larry Walker III, along with State Representatives Matt Hatchett, Butch Parrish, and Danny Mathis, will convene in Dublin for a Middle Georgia Listening Day. This event, set to unfold at Oconee Fall Line Technical College, opens its doors to the public at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, with the program slated to start a half-hour later.
According to SenatePress.net, the initiative allows the Dodge, Bleckley, Treutlen, and Laurens County Legislative Delegation to meet with local leaders and community organizations to discuss issues that may shape the 2026 Legislative Session agenda.
Attendees will meet in the Porter Conference Center at the college’s YKK Lecture Hall, 560 Pinehill Road. Legislators will discuss issues affecting residents and take community feedback to the Capitol.
