In a recent crackdown on probation compliance, Healdsburg Police apprehended a convicted sex offender, uncovering a series of alleged child exploitation activities. According to a social media post by the Healdsburg Police Department, Alfredo Floresrico, 25, was found in violation of his probation after a compliance check yesterday.

The local police conducted the compliance check as Floresrico is under probation terms in Sonoma County for repeat DUI offenses. It was during this visit that they discovered Floresrico in possession of alcohol, breaching the terms of his probation. Further scrutiny into his conduct, as part of his probation in Los Angeles County for sending harmful material to a minor, led officers to execute a warrantless search of his electronic devices. They unearthed communications that pointed to the exchange of sexually explicit material with young individuals aged 13 to 16, and in some instances, attempts to meet in person.

The findings from his cell phone search resulted in additional charges against Floresrico. He is currently being held for suspicion of violating Penal Code 311.11(a) - Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material, and Penal Code 288.8(a)(2), which pertains to engaging in lewd and lascivious behavior. The Healdsburg Police emphasize that this is an active inquiry, as they work to identify any potential victims who may have interacted with Floresrico.

Community members, particularly those who believe they, or someone they know, may have been victimized by Floresrico, are encouraged to contact the authorities.
