During a routine traffic stop in Horizon City early Sunday morning, an individual was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated (DWI). The Horizon City Police Department reported that officers pulled over a vehicle for speeding on the 15000 block of Darrington Road at approximately 3:05 AM on Sunday, November 30. The driver, identified as Eduardo Vasquez Valles, exhibited signs of impairment, prompting a field sobriety test that led to his arrest.
