The Horizon City Police Department has reported a DWI arrest on Horizon Boulevard, as detailed in a recent social media post. The incident, which occurred on November 28, involved a driver named Vanessa Solis. Police officers were conducting a traffic investigation in the 14800 block of Horizon Blvd when they engaged with Solis, who displayed signs of intoxication.
During the investigation, officers found it necessary to conduct further evaluation on Solis, who was subjected to a breath test. The test results indicated a blood alcohol content exceeding the legal limit. Subsequently, Solis was taken into custody. She faces a DWI 2nd charge and was booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility.
