
The 6th Annual Mandarin Community Christmas Tree Lighting in Jacksonville is scheduled for Friday. Hosted by the Mandarin Community Club from 5 to 8 p.m., the event will feature holiday decorations and activities, providing an opportunity for residents and visitors to gather and celebrate the season, according to the City of Jacksonville social media post.
The event will offer free admission and complimentary parking. It will include live music performances, food vendors providing holiday treats, and activities designed for attendees of all ages. The schedule of events is structured to accommodate families and community members throughout the evening.
Organizers are also encouraging attendees to bring donations for the Mandarin Food Bank to support local residents in need during the holiday season.
