Continuing a tradition of over 20 years, the Maryland Heights Police Department and the Maryland Heights Fire Protection District visited Ranken Jordan Pediatric Bridge Hospital to bring holiday cheer to young patients. Yesterday, personnel dressed as Santa and his entourage, delivering festive greetings directly to the hospital.

The Maryland Heights Police Department shared photos and messages from the event on a social media post. This year’s visit marked Santa’s 21st year of delivering gifts and smiles to the children, with firefighters participating for the past eight years.

The initiative was supported by the Maryland Heights Police Officers Association and the Maryland Heights Firefighters Community Outreach, which provided funding for gifts to ensure each child received something special.
