
On Christmas Eve, a 53-year-old man was found unconscious in the waters at Turtle Bay around 1:30 p.m. Bystanders pulled him from the water and began CPR before emergency responders arrived, according to KHON2.
Ocean Safety and the Honolulu Fire Department continued life-saving efforts and transferred the man to Emergency Medical Services for further treatment. The incident involved a coordinated response by local authorities to a medical emergency on the water.
