Early Tuesday morning, a 33-year-old man was seriously injured after being struck by a car on Farrington Highway in the Maili area around 5:15 a.m., police said. He was taken to a hospital with multiple serious injuries following the incident, according to KHON2.
The crash caused traffic disruptions, with Farrington Highway eastbound partially closed after Kaukama Road from about 6:03 a.m. to 7:25 a.m. No further details about the driver or the cause of the crash have been released.
KITV reported that EMS crews treated the man at the scene before transporting him to an emergency room in serious condition with multiple injuries.
