
Authorities are searching for at least two suspects linked to the robbery of a UPS driver and the theft of multiple packages in Southeast Shelby County, according to multiple reports. Action News 5 stated that the incident took place around 3:16 p.m. Tuesday in the Topaz Cove area off Harvest Knoll Lane, where the suspects reportedly held the delivery driver at gunpoint. The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO) said the robbery may be connected to several other package thefts reported in the area the same day.
The suspects were last seen in a maroon Nissan Altima. Authorities have advised the public not to approach them and to report any information immediately. According to WREG, the SCSO has issued a “Be On the Look Out” notice and is also investigating whether the vehicle is connected to other package thefts.
The SCSO is asking residents with surveillance cameras to check their footage for any suspicious activity on the day of the incident, as per FOX13 Memphis. Authorities emphasized that public cooperation is essential and encouraged neighbors to share any relevant video that could help identify the suspects.
