Kelley was last seen at his residence in the morning and is known to wander the Kihei area, sometimes staying away for weeks. Kelley, a 6-foot-tall Caucasian male weighing about 186 pounds with black hair and brown eyes, was last seen wearing black gym shorts with a white stripe and a blue bracelet on his right wrist. He does not own a vehicle or cell phone, making it difficult to track his movements since his disappearance, as stated by the Maui Police Department.
