The Maui Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating James Kelley, 36, who has been missing from Kihei since December 4. Kelley was last seen at his residence in the morning and is known to wander the Kihei area, sometimes staying away for weeks. Authorities say his family is concerned for his safety, as reported by the Maui Police Department.
Kelley, a 6-foot-tall Caucasian male weighing about 186 pounds with black hair and brown eyes, was last seen wearing black gym shorts with a white stripe and a blue bracelet on his right wrist. He does not own a vehicle or cell phone, making it difficult to track his movements since his disappearance, as stated by the Maui Police Department.
Anyone with information on Kelley's whereabouts is urged to contact the Maui Police Department at 808-244-6400 or call 911 in an emergency, referencing report number 25-035168, according to the Maui Police Department on their Facebook page. Authorities and his family emphasize the importance of community assistance in locating him safely as his absence continues into the holiday season.
