Thursday continues this trend of mostly sunny skies and a pleasant high temperature approximating 48 degrees. The calm wind is projected to shift south southwest around 5 mph in the afternoon. Transitioning into Thursday night, residents can expect continued clarity in the skies and a low hovering around 41 degrees with a gentle south southwest wind flowing at a similar 5 to 10 mph.
Friday is forecasting to greet Memphis with full sunlight, driving temperatures to a high near 58. However, the day will not stay put with the wind, which is expected to vary, originating from the south southwest at 5 to 10 mph before taking a turn to the north northwest in the afternoon. With Saturday boasting a mostly sunny day with a high near 49, there is a notable shift coming Saturday night.
