The news of the Christmas in the Park's dazzling lights and installations comes with an advisory, however – a technical hiccup in the ticket scanning process has prompted a brief halt. Concerned ticket holders were quickly addressed, with Jefferson Parish stating, "It has NOT been cancelled. It is a temporary pause to fix an issue with scanning tickets at the event. Once the event is back online, you will be receiving new confirmation numbers."
