The suspect also suggested that the child steal a car for the planned encounter, an action highlighting the risk posed to the minor.

The investigation unveiled that Watts, who claimed to be an adult content creator featured in adult content, self-produced pornographic content that was discovered on several adult pornography websites. Following his arrest, Watts acknowledged sending the explicit materials and intending to meet the alleged minor for sexual activity.
