Paulding County Sheriff's Office has made several arrests following allegations of an underage sexual assault at a Douglasville house party, as reported by FOX 5 Atlanta. According to officials, the incident involved minors who were drinking and escalated to physical violence and sexual assault against an underage girl.

Arrested were 13-year-old Ja'loni Daniel, 17-year-old Ranaija White, 21-year-old Deontaye Parker, and 17-year-old Jabari Scott. The house where the assault occurred now displays a sign reading "Drug House Closed for Business," part of the sheriff’s efforts to address ongoing criminal activity. The property has required SWAT interventions four times in the past year. "A crime this heinous, we’re not going to tolerate that at all," said Jordan Yuodis of the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office to FOX 5 Atlanta.

Additional arrests included 59-year-old Sarah Miles, 36-year-old Keisha Scott, and 23-year-old Noah Brooks, charged with offenses such as maintaining a disorderly house and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. "Drugs, gangs, illegal activity, disorderly house, this is a nuisance house," Sheriff Ashley Henson told FOX 5 Atlanta. The county plans to seize the property and resell it to curb local drug activity.

According to 11Alive News, after the initial assault by two girls, the 17-year-old boy and 21-year-old man sexually assaulted the victim. The severity of the incident, with charges ranging from aggravated sodomy to participation in criminal gang activity, has drawn attention to underage drinking and youth criminal behavior in the county.

The sheriff’s office has withheld certain details due to the involvement of juveniles but confirmed that one juvenile is being charged as an adult. The case highlights ongoing concerns about gang-related incidents in the community. “The sheriff was not joking when he said one of his missions was to stop crime at the county line,” Yuodis told FOX 5 Atlanta.
