
Two men remain at large following an assault and robbery in the Bronx earlier this month, and NYPD Crimestoppers is seeking the public's help. The incident occurred in the early morning hours last Sunday, when a 39-year-old male was brutally attacked in a residential building's lobby located near Grand Concourse and East 198 Street. According to a social media post by NYPD Crimestoppers, the unnamed victim was punched and one assailant stabbed him in the neck and torso following a verbal dispute.
The confrontation proved costly for the victim, not just in terms of physical harm but also in material loss; he was forcibly relieved of $600 and a cellphone. Residents and frequenters of the Grand Concourse area are reeling from the violence, the suspects were reportedly last seen fleeing southbound towards East 198 Street.
