The Oceanside Police Department responded to the scene near Oceanside Harbor at around 10:42 PM last Saturday, as reported by the Oceanside Police Department News.
Arriving at the area of 314 S. Harbor Drive, the officers discovered the bicyclist who had sustained critical injuries, leading to his air evacuation to Scripps La Jolla Hospital.
