Starting early 2026 through spring, Peoria City Council meetings will be temporarily relocated due to renovations in the Council Chamber. According to the City of Peoria press release, meetings will be held in the Peoria Room on the second floor of the Peoria Public Safety Administration Building (PSAB) at 8351 W. Cinnabar Avenue and will continue as scheduled. All City Council and Planning and Zoning meetings will also be broadcast live on Cox Channel 11, Facebook, and YouTube. The PSAB is accessible via elevators and ramps for those requiring ADA accommodations.
During City Hall renovations, visitors should park in the East Parking Garage, with ADA parking available off Cinnabar. Entry hours are Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. – 6 p.m. The utility payment drop box has been moved inside City Hall under the main staircase near the elevator. Residents can also manage water bills online anytime at www.peoriaaz.gov/customerservice, with after-hours requests processed the following business day.
