Phoenix Public Library branches will close at noon on December 24 and remain closed on December 25, though digital resources will remain available. Parks and Recreation facilities will operate on limited hours—open for four hours—on December 24 and close entirely on December 25. Parks and trails will remain open during regular hours, with visitors advised to follow safety guidelines before heading out.
Transportation services will see holiday schedule changes. Public transit, including bus and light rail, will follow a weekday schedule without Express or RAPID service on December 24 and will switch on December 25, with Customer Service closed.
