Police in Plymouth are reaching out to the public for leads after a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle last night. The Plymouth Police Department took to social media seeking information on a white work van, believed to be a GMC, implicated in the hit-and-run incident that occurred around 6:30 PM at 280 Court Street.
The suspect vehicle is described as having white piping on the roof, silver rims, and front passenger side damage, including what could be a blown headlight. The van, which may have a license plate starting with "W" and ending in "65," was seen heading north on Court Street toward Kingston. According to the Plymouth Police Department's post, the condition of the male victim who was struck is currently unknown.
Authorities are combing the area for further evidence and are calling on any eyewitnesses or individuals with knowledge about the incident or the white van to come forward.
