The department’s weekly activity log, available on their official website, outlines the incidents recorded during the last week of November. These events occurred across various areas of the community, including residential streets and commercial thoroughfares, prompting police responses.
On November 21, officers arrested a suspect for narcotics possession in the 2500 block of South Germantown Road at 2:45 a.m. The same day, police received a report of a court order violation by a former partner on Birch Post Cove, as well as threatening phone calls originating from Wolf River Boulevard. Later that night, another domestic incident was reported on Ashworth Road.
The next day, Germantown officers responded to multiple incidents. Saturday’s reports included a domestic altercation, a shoplifting arrest at a Poplar Avenue business, and intentional damage to a structure on South Germantown Road.
On Sunday, police reports included incidents involving illegal firearms and a shoplifting arrest. Additionally, a resident on Hocking Cove reported being targeted in a telephone scam. A local business also reported intentional damage to its landscaping.
On Thursday, two individuals were arrested on Poplar Avenue for narcotics-related offenses, and a wallet was reported stolen from a nearby business. Over the course of the week, Germantown police also responded to a total of 32 vehicle crashes.
