The Portland Police Bureau is asking the community for help identifying a person of interest linked to a recent Southeast Portland shooting. On November 22, around 1:15 a.m., two people were shot in a parking lot at Southeast Stark Street and 148th Avenue. Both an adult male and female were injured, but their wounds were not life-threatening, according to the Portland Police Bureau.
The suspect or suspects fled before police arrived, and no arrests have been made. Investigative teams, including the Enhanced Community Safety Team (ECST), are reviewing evidence to identify those responsible.
Detectives have released a photo of a person of interest in the shooting and are asking the public for any information. Eyewitnesses present during the incident are encouraged to provide testimony or video evidence.
