Moore is described as a 6-foot-tall, 180-pound Caucasian man with grey hair. He was last seen wearing a blue or grey coat, a white and blue polo shirt, and possibly tan pants.
The vehicle Moore is believed to be driving is a black 2021 Chevrolet Malibu, which is noted to have a temporary registration tag from Washington in the rear window and Dick Hannah license plate placards. Given his advanced age and unspecified health issues, authorities are stressing the urgency to locate Moore to ensure his well-being.
