The filing indicates the new QuikTrip would likely share a portion of the lot where Sun City Emergency Room now operates and would sit across Redd Road from Mimi's Day Care. The city's online permit listing does not yet identify a general contractor.
Public records from the El Paso Central Appraisal District show the 13.57-acre property at 351 Redd Road is owned by QT South LLC, with a mailing address care of QuikTrip Corporation in Tulsa. Deed history on the site shows the parcel was transferred into QT South's name earlier in 2025.
