The San Diego Police Department has issued a notice through their social media platforms regarding a missing person considered to be "at risk." The individual, 78-year-old Fermin San Juan Santiago, was reported missing by his family today. According to the Facebook post made by the San Diego Police Department, Santiago was last seen around 7:00 AM on foot in the 3400 block of Ace Street in the city of San Diego.
Santiago is described as a Hispanic male, with a shaved head, brown eyes, standing 5’01” tall, and weighing approximately 120 lbs. When he was last seen, he was wearing a white or light gray zip-up hooded sweatshirt and black pants. An image from a video in the area where he went missing has been circulated to aid in his identification.
The police are encouraging anyone with information on Santiago's whereabouts to contact the San Diego Police Department Communications Division immediately at 619-531-2000 and reference Case #25-502113.
