The board’s findings stem from a complaint by a woman who first saw Ahmed in 2019 for palpitations, chest pain, and dizziness. She later told investigators that during a May 2021 exam in Gilroy, Ahmed asked about her sexual activity, complimented her breasts, and then squeezed them. She spoke with a Gilroy police officer about what happened but chose not to pursue criminal charges, as reported by The Mercury News.
