According to the Chicago Police Department, Moore was last spotted on Dec. 13 in the 7000 block of South Kimbark Avenue, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and gray jeans, as reported by FOX 32 Chicago. Police describe him as a Black male, about 5 feet 11 inches tall and roughly 190 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.
