After a month-long investigation into "Vapor Aid," a vape store in Spanish Fork, Utah, authorities apprehended Weston Jolley, 37, and Kylee Jolley, 35, on allegations of selling THC products to minors and possessing illegal items. As reported by ABC4, the investigation led by the Payson Police Department involved surveillance and searches of both the storefront and the owners' residence.

The Payson Police Department's search warrant resulted in the seizure of 3,329 vape and nicotine products, 157 grams of raw Marijuana, 191 prepared joints, 31 THC vape products, 202 THC edibles, 4 grams of THC dab, as well as 11 illegally possessed firearms, 2 firearm suppressors, and over $46,000 in cash. According to KUTV, the items confiscated by the police are estimated to be worth over $200,000.

Charges against the Jolleys include multiple felonies such as child endangerment, marijuana distribution, and misdemeanor drug-related offenses, ABC4 reports. While they are currently facing the legal system, authorities remind the public that these charges are merely allegations, and the accused are presumed innocent unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. The severity of the charges reflects the seriousness with which law enforcement treats the illegal distribution of controlled substances, especially when minors are involved.

"Payson Police extend a heartfelt thank you to the members of our community who keep on the lookout for suspicious behavior and continue to report actions that place the youth and more impressionable member so four community in harm's way," police stated, as reported by KJZZ, underscores the crucial role informed and vigilant citizens play in assisting law enforcement with keeping communities safe.
