St. Charles County residents can now view and pay many current-year real estate tax bills online. According to the St. Charles County Missouri – Government social media post, property owners can access their real estate and personal property tax bills at StCharlesMoCollector.com.
Printed tax bills have also been mailed and should arrive soon. Once received, they can be paid by mail, in person, or deposited in the County drop box located at the intersection of Monroe and Second streets in St. Charles. The county offers multiple payment options to provide convenience for residents.
Residents participating in the Senior Tax Relief program who enrolled in 2024 should note that their real estate tax bills are currently being mailed and are not yet available online. As per the county's release, an update will be posted when these bills become accessible online, providing an additional option for managing tax payments.
New participants in the Senior Tax Relief program for this year will see a “credit of $0” on their bills, as this is their base year in the program. Future tax relief will apply in subsequent years. Residents should monitor both their mail and the county’s online portal for updates on their tax bills as the year concludes.
