The City of St. Louis has launched the PlanSTL Area 4 Neighborhood Planning Initiative, a community planning effort for North St. Louis neighborhoods. The initiative seeks input from residents to inform the city’s decisions on capital improvements, land-use planning, and neighborhood benchmarks.

The City of St. Louis will host a launch event for the PlanSTL Area 4 Neighborhood Planning Initiative on December 9 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the O’Fallon Park Rec Complex. Dinner will be provided, and activities for children are planned. The main presentation will begin at 6:30 p.m. Residents from Wells-Goodfellow, Kingsway West, Hamilton Heights, Penrose, Fairground Neighborhood, O’Fallon, and College Hill are invited to attend and provide input on the initiative.

The City of St. Louis says the event will allow residents to engage with the PlanSTL planning team and learn about the rollout of the Area 4 Neighborhood Plan. Attendees will have the opportunity to share input, learn about ongoing participation, and connect with city representatives and community partners, including the Northside Economic Empowerment Center/SLDC and Care Connect STL, according to the City of St. Louis website.
